Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the secure ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

1. Products & Handmade Nature

Devonian Coast products are handcrafted in small batches and often contain genuine natural materials such as fossils, shells, stones, or minerals.

Because of this:

• Each item is unique

• Colors, shapes, and positioning will vary

• The item you receive will not be identical to photos

• Natural inclusions may contain small imperfections

These characteristics are not defects — they are part of the product’s authenticity.

2. Candle Safety

Our candles contain an open flame and must be used responsibly.

By purchasing, you agree to follow basic candle safety:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Keep away from children and pets

• Burn on a heat-safe surface

• Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains

Devonian Coast is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper candle use.

3. Orders & Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities per customer

• Correct pricing errors

• Discontinue products at any time

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Satisfaction
