Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Devonian Coast candle. Because each piece is handcrafted and contains real natural materials, every item is unique and will vary slightly from photos.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unburned

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging

  • Item must not show signs of use, melting, scent exposure, or damage after delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested due to natural variation, color differences, or positioning of embedded materials are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Damages or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.


Exchanges

Because each candle is unique, exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new purchase once the return is approved.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact info@devonian-coast.com.


Missing or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please contact your local carrier first. We will assist with a claim when possible but are not responsible for theft after delivery.
