Thank you for ordering from Devonian Coast. Each candle is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
During holidays, sales events, or high order volume, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers.
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once shipped, tracking responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
After a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside our control.
If tracking shows “In Transit,” “Moving Through Network,” or delays, the carrier is still processing the package.
We recommend waiting 7 days past the expected delivery date before a package is considered lost.
We will gladly help you open a carrier claim if needed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of packaging and product
We will replace or refund damaged items.
Missing Delivered Packages
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package:

Check with neighbors or household members

Check around delivery location

Contact your local post office
Carriers may mark packages delivered before final placement.
Devonian Coast is not responsible for stolen packages but will assist you in filing a claim when possible.
